This week in class my instructor brought up a point about how we react to colors. And the main three colors we identify with are red, yellow, and green. Of course I agreed because she was teaching me something new. Then throughout the week I was observing my surroundings. I couldn't believe how true that statement was until I really looked. It goes to show that you react to everything around you involuntary. It's just second nature to us.
The colors red, yellow, and green don't always have to relate to fast food chains like McDonald's, Taco Bell, or Burger King but it can relate to grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie. Or even clothing stores, amusement parks, salon supply stores like Sally's and gas stations.. I couldn't take my eyes off of how much red, yellow, and green were used. I felt like I was exploring a whole new world with this knowledge I just received.
Your world is surrounded by these colors to grab your attention and have you focus on their business so you are hooked. Hooked to continue part in as their loyal customers. What a way to be controlled by colors without even knowing. Basically a great weapon of mass destruction to take over the world.
