Q1: Who is your audience?
The majority of my work is directed toward people around the same age as me. I'm 19 so people aging 15-26 to put a range on it. Usually depending on the project I'm working on, will have the audience different from the next.
Q2: What is your area(s) of practice or specialty?
Being in college right now gives me the chance to try a fair amount of Adobe products. I've worked in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. I'd like to say, the programs I'm most comfortable with are Photoshop and Illustrator.
Q3: Visual Character or Visual Style: What characteristics does your work communicate?
I believe my work has visual style more than visual character because you can see the design I've put into it more than a tone in my work. Don't get me wrong, there are pieces that have a personality. I'm not a boring drone that just puts my flare on a task without thinking about its purpose. And there are pieces that have both aspects.
Q4: What skills and capabilities are featured in your work?
You can see in most of my work how well I work with layers. I can make multiple layers look like they belong in one piece. I got comfortable making/mixing textures in Photoshop.
Q5: List adjectives and adverbs that describe you and your creative self.
- Texture
- Structure
- Original
- Modern
- Saturated (with color)
Until next time,
